Santa Fe Pro Musica: Organ Recital Series, Part II

This March, Santa Fe Pro Musica continues its Organ Recital Series with local organist and composer Frederick Frahm. Mr. Frahm performs his own compositions in this free, one-hour concert.

This concert is presented in collaboration with the New Mexico Museum of Art.

Frederick Frahm, composer, organist, publisher, and parish musician was born in California in 1964. A graduate of Pacific Lutheran University (Tacoma), Frahm directed church music programs across the US for 40 years before retiring in 2021. From 2011 to 2022, he served as a collaborative teaching artist (composer, accompanist) for the Santa Fe Opera Company LifeSongs & Active Learning Through Opera (ALTO) programs. Frahm’s catalog of compositions includes works for organ, choral music, chamber music, art song and song cycle, a symphony and concerto, operas and cantatas. He is a founding director of Firehead Organ Works.
