Come and see Opera in the classic way with all its beauty in the intimate setting of the St. Francis Auditorium of the New Mexico Museum of Art. Located 107 W. Palace. Right here in the city on our wonderful plaza!

Opera West! is a professional chamber opera company whose primary mission is to produce live, fully staged opera performances featuring highly talented professional opera singers accompanied by professional chamber orchestra.  Admission price starting at just $25 for adults and $15 for children no matter what category of tickets you buy. ($25-$150)

Opera West also includes children from our community in every opera we do.  This year we are including 6 talented children to be onstage performers/singers from different schools in the Santa Fe Area as well as some from Colorado.

Details: Cavalleria Rusticana will open Friday, October 27 at 6pm. Additional performances scheduled for Saturday, October 28 at 1pm and 7 pm.  Our closing performance is on Sunday, October 29 at 5 pm. We are proud to have times that are inclusive for families and seniors as well.

Whether you are an opera lover, or this may be your first time, come and enjoy this beautiful 80-minute opera. The synopsis will be in Spanish and English, so come and read it before it starts!
